This is a light slaw with a bit of tang. The easiest way to make this is to grab a “slaw” mix at the store that has cabbage, red cabbage and carrots. Or… make a mix of your favorite veggies and add the dressing. A serving for four takes about 1 lb of veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Wine Vinegar (white or red works)
  • 1T  Salt
  • 1/2 T Celery Seed
  • 1/2 T Paprika
  • 1/2 T Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Salad Oil (Olive, Canola or your favorite. I like Walnut oil)

How To Make It

Step 1

Combine your favorite veggies with the dressing and serve. Don’t make it complicated, just sit down and eat. Besides… Your BBQ meats are ready!
